Our board sets the strategic direction for our organization and handles all aspects of programming and member services.

President – Samantha Enslen
Samantha Enslen runs Dragonfly Editorial, a copywriting and editing firm that specializes in corporate communications, proposals, and scientific and technical material. Dragonfly's clients include publishers such as Oxford University Press and Globe Pequot Press; Fortune 500s such as Booz Allen Hamilton and CSC; and research organizations such as the National Academy of Sciences. Samantha has been the Membership VP for IABC Dayton for the past 2 years.

VP, Membership – Danielle Dumont
Danielle Dumont has worked in the communications field for 10 years, mainly as a graphic designer and writer. Currently she manages corporate communications and marketing communications for a major product line for YSI Inc. in Yellow Springs, Ohio.

VP, Communications – Mary Beth Weaver
Mary Beth Weaver has worked in the communications field for 10 years. She has served in a variety of roles, including senior copyeditor, associate director of public relations, and supervisor of editorial services. Mary Beth is currently a corporate communications specialist with the Dayton Power and Light Company.

VP, Programming – Kate Schlegel
Kate Schlegel is the Member Communication Coordinator at Moraine Country Club, responsible for all internal marketing. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a BA in Communications, Public Relations and from Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield, England with a MA in Communications, Cultural Studies. Kate previously lived in Miyazaki, Japan, for 3 years teaching English.

VP, Sponsorships – Rosalie Catalano
Rosalie Catalano’s background ranges from sales and marketing to corporate communications and human resources. She has an MBA and is certified as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). Seeing a unique and complementary relationship between human resources and business communications, Rosalie started Keystone HR Consulting, LLC in 2006, and provides consulting services in both areas. Rosalie has served on the IABC board for 2 years, first as the VP for university relations, then as the VP for sponsorship.

VP, Community Relations – Keara Anderson
Keara Anderson is an Account Coordinator/Writer at Write On Target, a Human Resources communications consulting firm in Centerville, OH. At Write On Target, Keara simplifies hard-to-read legalese and helps develop clear and concise materials that motivate employees to action. She manages projects from the initial stages of writing and design through production and distribution. Before joining Write On Target, Keara graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in both marketing and leadership. Keara also held internships at Procter & Gamble and Clear Channel Radio throughout college.

Past President – Mary Bogan
Mary Bogan has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, working for both agencies and corporations. In addition, she ran her own agency for 12 years. Mary has served on a variety of volunteer boards, from IABC and the YMCA to United Way, and she was an adjunct instructor of marketing at Wilmington College for four years. Mary currently works as Creative Service Manager for Cox Ohio.
