President – Hayley Fudge
Hayley Fudge is the director of product and relationship marketing at Lion Apparel, the world’s largest provider of protective clothing worn by firefighters. At Lion Apparel, Hayley provides marketing and communications support to Lion’s strategic business units around the world, working with them on corporate PR efforts, marketing communications, websites, internal communications, media relations and sales support. Prior to joining Lion Apparel, Hayley was a communications specialist at CareSource Management Group and spent several years as a copy editor and publications editor at the Dayton Daily News. Hayley graduated from Wright State University with BA in English.
VP, Membership – Danielle Dumont
Danielle Dumont has worked in the communications field for 10 years, mainly as a graphic designer and writer. Currently she manages marketing communications and publicity for two major product lines for YSI Inc. in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
VP, Communications – Mary Beth Weaver
Mary Beth Weaver has worked in the communications field for 10 years. She has served in a variety of roles, including senior copyeditor, associate director of public relations, and supervisor of editorial services. Mary Beth is currently a corporate communications specialist with the Dayton Power and Light Company.
VP, Programming – Monica M. Schultz
Monica Schultz's 15 years experience spans the profession, including executive communications, regulatory communications, event planning and marketing. She is an expert negotiator and tells people that if business was a sport, she'd been an all-star catcher--able to quickly grasp the big picture, know what's coming up and make strong recommendations that unify action. She has used her skills at Procter & Gamble and CareSource Management Group; however she most enjoys her role as a consultant advising small businesses in the creation of messages that get results.
